Tariq Toukan 4206fe40b2 net/mlx5: Remove unused exported contiguous coherent buffer allocation API ...

All WQ types moved to using the fragmented allocation API
for coherent memory. Contiguous API is not used anymore.
Remove it, reduce the number of exported functions.
