Alex Hermann 414b591fd1 usb: option: Add Huawei E398 controlling interfaces 
This patch adds the controlling interfaces for the Huawei E398.

Thanks to Bjørn Mork <bjorn@mork.no> for extracting the interface
numbers from the windows driver.
