Dmitry Baryshkov 4115a6806b drm/msm/dpu: get rid of DPU_DIM_LAYER ...

Continue migration to the MDSS-revision based checks and drop the
DPU_DIM_LAYER feature bit. It is currently unused, but can be replaed
with the core_major_ver >= 4 check.
