   - Enable Neoverse N2 CPU errata workarounds for Microsoft's "Azure
     Cobalt 100" clone

   - Work around CMN PMU erratum in AmpereOneX implementation

   - Fix typo in CXL PMU event definition

   - Fix jump label asm constraints"
