The GBIF_CX_CONFIG register exists on GPUs prior to A8XX (it is used on A722, for example), so it should be tagged as an A6XX variant to match the register spec. Widen its variant range from "A8XX-" to "A6XX-" in the register XML and rename the generated macro accordingly at all existing usage sites.
