Pawel Laszczak d0dcd90b7f usb: cdnsp: Fixes incorrect value in ISOC TRB 
Fixes issue with priority of operator. Operator "|" priority is
higher then "? :".
To improve the readability the operator "? :" has been replaced with
"if ()" statement.
