Pull probe fix from Masami Hiramatsu:

 - Fix race condition in kprobe initialization causing NULL pointer
   dereference. This happens on weak memory model, which does not
   correctly manage the flags access with appropriate memory barriers.
   Use RELEASE-ACQUIRE to fix it.
