Matti Gottlieb 2be05dfd9c iwlwifi: pcie: Add support for Bz Family ...

Add support for different combinations of Bz
and CRFs.

Note: As of now we do not know the exact values
for ltr_delay and xtal_latency, so for now use the
worst case scenario values until the actual values
are clarified.
