Ovidiu Panait e4f87cfcba thermal: testing: Replace sscanf() with kstrtoint() ...

Generally, kstrtoint() is preferred to sscanf() in kernel code, so
replace the latter with the former in tt_del_tz() and tt_get_tt_zone().
