Thomas Weißschuh 2558084d2b futex: Remove dependency on HAVE_GENERIC_VDSO from FUTEX_ROBUST_UNLOCK ...

The robust futex unlock functionality has no relation to the generic
vDSO functionality.

Remove the dependency.
