Pull dma-mapping fixes from Marek Szyprowski:
 "Two minor fixes for the DMA-mapping subsystem:

   - check for the rare case of the allocation failure of the global CMA
     pool (Shanker Donthineni)

   - avoid perf buffer overflow when tracing large scatter-gather lists
     (Deepanshu Kartikey)"
