David Gow 8f80b5b227 kunit: config: KUNIT_DEBUGFS should depend on DEBUG_FS ...

CONFIG_KUNIT_DEBUGFS is totally useless without debugfs, so it should
depend on CONFIG_DEBUG_FS.
