Konrad Rzeszutek Wilk 65d4b24811 xen/self-balloon: Add dependency on tmem. 
Without enabling CONFIG_XEN_TMEM we get this:

drivers/xen/xen-selfballoon.c:461: undefined reference to `tmem_enabled'
