Arnd Bergmann 34f7cac07c ppp: use ndo_siocdevprivate ...

ppp has a custom statistics interface using SIOCDEVPRIVATE
ioctl commands that works correctly in compat mode.

Convert it to use ndo_siocdevprivate as a cleanup.
