Bartosz Golaszewski e785c990ad pinctrl: Kconfig: drop unneeded dependencies on OF_GPIO ...

OF_GPIO is selected automatically on all OF systems. Any symbols it
controls also provide stubs so there's really no reason to select it
explicitly.
