5901eda2ed of: cpu: add check in __of_find_n_match_cpu_property()
In __of_find_n_match_cpu_property(), checking the variable ac for 0 won't
prevent a possible overflow when multiplying it by sizeof(*cell). Besides,
of_read_number() (called in the *for* loop) can't return correct result if
that variable (which equals the #address-cells prop's value) exceeds 2, so
additionally checking for that seems logical...

Found by Linux Verification Center (linuxtesting.org) with the Svace static
analysis tool.

b58fa269c5 of: Move CPU node related functions to their own file
drivers/of/base.c is quite long and we've accumulated a number of CPU
node functions. Let's move them to a new file, cpu.c, along with the
lone of_cpu_device_node_get() in of_device.h. Moving the declaration has
no effect yet as of.h is included by of_device.h. This serves as
preparation to disentangle the includes in of_device.h and
of_platform.h.
