3477696345 accel/ivpu: Add support for hardware fault injection
Introduces the capability to simulate hardware faults for testing
purposes. The new `fail_hw` fault can be injected in
`ivpu_hw_reg_poll_fld()`, which is used in various parts of the driver
to wait for the hardware to reach a specific state. This allows to test
failures during NPU boot and shutdown, IPC message handling and more.

Fault injection can be enabled using debugfs or a module parameter.

41a2d8286c accel/ivpu: Fix error handling in recovery/reset
Disable runtime PM for the duration of reset/recovery so it is possible
to set the correct runtime PM state depending on the outcome of the
`ivpu_resume()`. Don’t suspend or reset the HW if the NPU is suspended
when the reset/recovery is requested. Also, move common reset/recovery
code to separate functions for better code readability.

f2bc2afe34 accel/ivpu: Clear runtime_error after pm_runtime_resume_and_get() fails
pm_runtime_resume_and_get() sets dev->power.runtime_error that causes
all subsequent pm_runtime_get_sync() calls to fail.
Clear the runtime_error using pm_runtime_set_suspended(), so the driver
doesn't have to be reloaded to recover when the NPU fails to boot during
runtime resume.

5bbe412bc7 accel/qaic: Add config structs for supported cards
As the number of cards supported by the driver grows, their
configurations will differ. The driver needs to become more dynamic
to support these configurations. Currently, each card may differ in
the exposed BARs, the regions they map to, and the family.

Create config structs for each card, and let the driver configure the
qaic_device struct based on the configurations passed to the driver.

e524436089 accel/ivpu: Fix locking order in ivpu_cmdq_destroy_ioctl
Fix deadlock caused by inversed locking order in ivpu_job_submit()

file_priv->lock and submitted_jobs_lock.

Unlock file_priv->lock in ivpu_cmdq_destroy_ioctl() before calling
ivpu_cmdq_abort_all_jobs() function which locks submitted_jobs_lock.
That way locking order is maintained:
 1) global submitted_jobs_lock first
 2) per context file_priv->lock second

e5a8f19c39 accel/amdxdna: use modern PM helpers
The old SET_SYSTEM_SLEEP_PM_OPS and SET_RUNTIME_PM_OPS macros cause a build
warning when CONFIG_PM is disabled:

drivers/accel/amdxdna/amdxdna_pci_drv.c:343:12: error: 'amdxdna_pmops_resume' defined but not used [-Werror=unused-function]
  343 | static int amdxdna_pmops_resume(struct device *dev)
      |            ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
drivers/accel/amdxdna/amdxdna_pci_drv.c:328:12: error: 'amdxdna_pmops_suspend' defined but not used [-Werror=unused-function]
  328 | static int amdxdna_pmops_suspend(struct device *dev)
      |            ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Change these to the modern replacements.

d408916885 accel/amdxdna: Add include interrupt.h to amdxdna_mailbox.c
For amdxdna_mailbox.c, linux/interrupt.h is indirectly included by
trace/events/amdxdna.h. So if TRACING is disabled, driver compiling will
fail.
