Christoph Hellwig	04fc8bbcf5	kill DECLARE_MUTEX_LOCKED ... DECLARE_MUTEX_LOCKED was used for semaphores used as completions and we've got rid of them. Well, except for one in libusual that the maintainer explicitly wants to keep as semaphore. So convert that useage to an explicit sema_init and kill of DECLARE_MUTEX_LOCKED so that new code is reminded to use a completion. Becky Bruce	d6a4c847e4	[PATCH] powerpc: merge semaphore.h ... powerpc: Merge semaphore.h Adopted the ppc64 version of semaphore.h. The 32-bit version used smp_wmb(), but recent updates to atomic.h mean this is no longer required. The 64-bit version made use of unlikely(), which has been retained in the combined version. This patch requires the recent atomic.h patch.
