Mauro Carvalho Chehab	c92992fc60	docs: driver-api: add remaining converted dirs to it ... There are a number of driver-specific descriptions that contain a mix of userspace and kernelspace documentation. Just like we did with other similar subsystems, add them at the driver-api groupset, but don't move the directories. Mauro Carvalho Chehab	329f00415a	docs: ptp.txt: convert to ReST and move to driver-api ... The conversion is trivial: just adjust title markups. In order to avoid conflicts, let's add an :orphan: tag to it, to be removed when this file gets added to the driver-api book.
