perf test workload: Add thread count argument to thloop
...
Allow the number of threads for the thloop workload to be increased
beyond the normal 2. Add error checking to the parsed time and thread
count values.

perf test: Remove atomics from test_loop to avoid test failures
...
The current use of atomics can lead to test failures, as tests (such as
tests/shell/record.sh) search for samples with "test_loop" as the
top-most stack frame, but find frames related to the atomic operation
(e.g. __aarch64_ldadd4_relax).
This change simply removes the "count" variable, as it is not necessary.

perf test workload thloop: Make count increments atomic
...
The count variable is incremented by multiple threads, doing so
without an atomic operation causes thread sanitizer warnings. Switch
to using relaxed atomics.

perf test: Add 'thloop' test workload
...
The thloop is similar to noploop but runs in two threads. This is
needed to verify perf record --per-thread to handle multi-threaded
programs properly.
$ perf test -w thloop
It also takes an optional argument to specify runtime in seconds
(default: 1).
