Implement per-fence spinlocks, allowing implementations to not give an
external spinlock to protect the fence internal state. Instead a spinlock
embedded into the fence structure itself is used in this case.
Shared spinlocks have the problem that implementations need to guarantee
that the lock lives at least as long all fences referencing them.
Using a per-fence spinlock allows completely decoupling spinlock producer
and consumer life times, simplifying the handling in most use cases.
v2: improve naming, coverage and function documentation
v3: fix one additional locking in the selftests
v4: separate out some changes to make the patch smaller,
fix one amdgpu crash found by CI systems
v5: improve comments

sync_file_debug_add() and sync_file_debug_remove() have been unused
since 2016's
commit d4cab38e15 ("staging/android: prepare sync_file for de-staging")
Remove them.
Since sync_file_debug_add was the only thing to add to
sync_file_list_head, the code that dumps it in part of
sync_info_debugfs_show can be removed, and the declaration of
the list and it's associated lock can be removed.
(The 'fences:\n...' marker in that debugfs file is left in
so as not to change the output)
That leaves the sync_print_sync_file() helper unused, and
is thus removed.

This consists of simply storing the most recent deadline, and adding an
ioctl to retrieve the deadline. This can be used in conjunction with
the SET_DEADLINE ioctl on a fence fd for testing. Ie. create various
sw_sync fences, merge them into a fence-array, set deadline on the
fence-array and confirm that it is propagated properly to each fence.
v2: Switch UABI to express deadline as u64
v3: More verbose UAPI docs, show how to convert from timespec
v4: Better comments, track the soonest deadline, as a normal fence
implementation would, return an error if no deadline set.

SW_SYNC allows to run tests on the sync_file framework via debugfs on
<debugfs>/sync/sw_sync
Opening and closing the file triggers creation and release of a sync
timeline. To create fences on this timeline the SW_SYNC_IOC_CREATE_FENCE
ioctl should be used. To increment the timeline value use SW_SYNC_IOC_INC.
Also it exports Sync information on
<debugfs>/sync/info
