MTD_NAND_IDS is selected by MTD_NAND, which makes it useless. Remove
the Kconfig option and link nand_ids.o into the nand.o object file.
Doing that also prevents creating an extra nand_ids.ko module when
MTD_NAND is activated as a module.
Since nand_ids.c is no longer compiled as a standalone module and the
nand_manuf_ids/nand_flash_ids symbols are only used in nand_base.c, we
can get rid of the MODULE_XXX() and EXPORT_SYMBOL() definitions.

This removes the 'write' and 'force' from get_user_pages() and replaces
them with 'gup_flags' to make the use of FOLL_FORCE explicit in callers
as use of this flag can result in surprising behaviour (and hence bugs)
within the mm subsystem.

The dma-mapping core and the implementations do not change the DMA
attributes passed by pointer. Thus the pointer can point to const data.
However the attributes do not have to be a bitfield. Instead unsigned
long will do fine:
1. This is just simpler. Both in terms of reading the code and setting
attributes. Instead of initializing local attributes on the stack
and passing pointer to it to dma_set_attr(), just set the bits.
2. It brings safeness and checking for const correctness because the
attributes are passed by value.

Since we now have a gpiolib driver, remove this code:
The gpio-etraxfs driver (along with things like gpio-keys-polled for
polling support) replaces the GIO driver implementations in mach-a3 and
mach-fs. The various generic external chip drivers replace the "virtual
gpio" parts.
The generic gpio-leds driver replaces the LED handling.

As of commit 8dc7c5ecd8 ("cris: Use generic idle loop"), cris no
longer provides cpu_idle().
- On cris-v10, etrax_gpio_wake_up_check() is called from default_idle()
instead of cpu_idle(),
- On cris-v32, etrax_gpio_wake_up_check() is not called from
default_idle(), so remove this (copy-and-paste?) part.

This patch proposes to remove the IRQF_DISABLED flag from CRIS
architecture code. It's a NOOP since 2.6.35 and it will be removed
one day.
Comments mentioning IRQF_DISABLED are also updated, knowing
that all interrupts are now "fast interrupts", their handlers
running with interrupts disabled.
Don't hesitate to let me know if you have other ways of
rephrasing the comments!

ETRAX_ETHERNET selects ETHERNET and MII, which depend on NETDEVICES.
I don't think anything should select NETDEVICES, so make it a
dependency. It also doesn't need to select or depend on ETHERNET,
which has nothing to do with the Ethernet library functions.
BPCTL selects MII, which depends on NETDEVICES. But everything in the
drivers/staging/silicom directory is related to net devices, so make
NET_VENDOR_SILICOM depend on NETDEVICES and remove the now-redundant
dependencies on NET.
