9ed5c17d4c arm64: dts: ls1012a: Add coreclk
ls1012a has separate input root clocks for core PLLs versus the platform
PLL, with the latter described as sysclk in the hw docs.
Accordingly, update the clock-frequency in sysclk to 125M as platform
input clock.

715c32da6d arm64: dts: ls208xa: disable SD UHS-I modes by default on RDB
Currently SD UHS-I modes were enabled by default on LS208xARDB boards,
but the new LS2088ARDB RevF board didn't support them any more since SDHC
circuit had been reworked. This patch is to disable SD UHS-I modes by default

f218868b9d arm64: dts: ls1043a: Add generic compatible string for I2C EEPROM
The at24 driver allows to register I2C EEPROM chips using different vendor
and devices, but the I2C subsystem does not take the vendor into account
when matching using the I2C table since it only has device entries.

But when matching using an OF table, both the vendor and device has to be
taken into account so the driver defines only a set of compatible strings
using the "atmel" vendor as a generic fallback for compatible I2C devices.

So add this generic fallback to the device node compatible string to make
the device to match the driver using the OF device ID table.

f2a89d3b2b arm64: dts: Fix broken architected timer interrupt trigger
The ARM architected timer specification mandates that the interrupt
associated with each timer is level triggered (which corresponds to
the "counter >= comparator" condition).

A number of DTs are being remarkably creative, declaring the interrupt
to be edge triggered. A quick look at the TRM for the corresponding ARM
CPUs clearly shows that this is wrong, and I've corrected those.
For non-ARM designs (and in the absence of a publicly available TRM),
I've made them active low as well, which can't be completely wrong
as the GIC cannot disinguish between level low and level high.

The respective maintainers are of course welcome to prove me wrong.

While I was at it, I took the liberty to fix a couple of related issue,
such as some spurious affinity bits on ThunderX, and their complete
absence on ls1043a (both of which seem to be related to copy-pasting
from other DTs).

e5f51a623a arm64: dts: ls2080a: Add 'dma-coherent' for ls2080a PCI nodes
The 'dma-coherent' indicates that the hardware IP block can ensure
the coherency of the data transferred from/to the IP block. This
can avoid the software cache flush/invalid actions, and improve
the performance significantly.

The PCI IP block of ls2080a has this capability, so adding this
feature to improve the PCI performance.
