Peer schedules specify which channels the peer is available on and when.
Add support for configuring peer NAN schedules:
- build and store the schedule and maps
- for each channel, make sure that it fits into the capabilities, and
take the minimum between it and the local compatible nan channel.
- configure the driver
Note that the removal of a peer schedule should be done by the driver
upon NMI station removal.

Add support for both NMI and NDI stations.
The NDI station will be linked to the NMI station of the NAN peer for
which the NDI station is added.
A peer can choose to reuse its NMI address as the NDI address.
Since different keys might be in use for NAN management and for data
frames, we will have 2 different stations, even if they'll have the same
address.
Even though there are no links in NAN, sta->deflink will still be used
to store the one set of capabilities and SMPS mode.

A NAN local schedule consist of a list of NAN channels, and an array
that maps time slots to the channel it is scheduled to (or NULL to indicate
unscheduled).
A NAN channel is the configuration of a channel which is used for NAN
operations. It is a new type of chanctx user (before, the only user is a
link). A NAN channel may not have a chanctx assigned if it is ULWed out.
A NAN channel may or may not be scheduled (for example, user space
may want to prepare the resources before the actual schedule is
configured).
Add management of the NAN local schedule.
Since we introduce a new chanctx user, also adjust the different
for_each_chanctx_user_* macros to visit also the NAN channels and take
those into account.

NAN DE (Discovery Engine) may be handled in the device or in user space.
When handled in user space, all the NAN func management code should not
run. Moreover, devices with user space DE should not provide the
add/del_nan_func callbaks. For such devices, ieee80211_reconfig_nan will
always fail.
Make it clear what parts of ieee80211_if_nan are relevant to DE
management, and touch those only when DE is offloaded.
Add a check that makes sure that a driver doesn't register with
add_del/nan_func callbacks if DE is in user space.

The action code actually serves to identify the type of action
frame, so it really isn't part of the per-type structure. Pull
it out and have it in the general action frame format.
In theory, whether or not the action code is present in this
way is up to each category, but all categories that are defined
right now all have that value.
While at it, and since this change requires changing all users,
remove the 'u' and make it an anonymous union in this case, so
that all code using this changes.
Change IEEE80211_MIN_ACTION_SIZE to take an argument which says
how much of the frame is needed, e.g. category, action_code or
the specific frame type that's defined in the union. Again this
also ensures that all code is updated.
In some cases, fix bugs where the SKB length was checked after
having accessed beyond the checked length, in particular in FTM
code, e.g. ieee80211_is_ftm().

This converts some of the visually simpler cases that have been split
over multiple lines. I only did the ones that are easy to verify the
resulting diff by having just that final GFP_KERNEL argument on the next
line.
Somebody should probably do a proper coccinelle script for this, but for
me the trivial script actually resulted in an assertion failure in the
middle of the script. I probably had made it a bit _too_ trivial.
So after fighting that far a while I decided to just do some of the
syntactically simpler cases with variations of the previous 'sed'
scripts.
The more syntactically complex multi-line cases would mostly really want
whitespace cleanup anyway.

This is the result of running the Coccinelle script from
scripts/coccinelle/api/kmalloc_objs.cocci. The script is designed to
avoid scalar types (which need careful case-by-case checking), and
instead replace kmalloc-family calls that allocate struct or union
object instances:
Single allocations: kmalloc(sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with: kmalloc_obj(TYPE, ...)
Array allocations: kmalloc_array(COUNT, sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with: kmalloc_objs(TYPE, COUNT, ...)
Flex array allocations: kmalloc(struct_size(PTR, FAM, COUNT), ...)
are replaced with: kmalloc_flex(*PTR, FAM, COUNT, ...)
(where TYPE may also be *VAR)
The resulting allocations no longer return "void *", instead returning
"TYPE *".

Prior initiating communication in a DFS channel, there should be a
monitoring of RADAR in that channel for a minimum of 600 seconds if it
is a Weather RADAR channel and 60 seconds for other DFS channels. This
Channel Availability Check(CAC) is currently implemented by scheduling
a work item for execution with a delay equal to an appropriate timeout.
But this work item is observed to take more delay than specified
(4-5 seconds in regular DFS channels and 25-30 seconds in Weather RADAR
channels). Even though this delay is expected in case of delayed work
queue as there is no guarantee that the work will be scheduled exactly
after the specified delay, a delay of more than 20 seconds is too much
for the AP to be in non-operational state.
Recently commit 7ceba45a66 ("wifi: cfg80211: add an hrtimer based
delayed work item") added an infrastructure to overcome this issue by
supporting high resolution timers for mac80211 delayed work, which do not
have this timeout latency. Switch the CAC timeout to use this
infrastructure, so the CAC completion handling is triggered with tighter
timing and reduced latency.

Currently, in MLO connections, userspace constructs most of the
Authentication frame body, excluding the Multi-Link element (MLE),
which mac80211 appends later in ieee80211_send_auth(). At present,
mac80211 always adds the MLE itself, since userspace
(e.g. wpa_supplicant) does not yet include it.
However, for new authentication protocols such as Enhanced Privacy
Protection Key Exchange (EPPKE), as specified in
"IEEE P802.11bi/D3.0 section 12.16.9", the MLE must be included in
userspace so that the Message Integrity Code (MIC) can be computed
correctly over the complete frame body. Table 9-71 specifies that
the MIC is mandatory. If mac80211 appends the MLE again, the
Authentication frame becomes invalid.
Add a check in ieee80211_send_auth() to detect whether the MLE is
already present in the Authentication frame body before appending.
Skip the append if the MLE exists, otherwise add it as before.

Right now, the only way to iterate stations is to declare an
iterator function, possibly data structure to use, and pass all
that to the iteration helper function. This is annoying, and
there's really no inherent need for it.
Add a new for_each_station() macro that does the iteration in
a more ergonomic way. To avoid even more exported functions, do
the old ieee80211_iterate_stations_mtx() as an inline using the
new way, which may also let the compiler optimise it a bit more,

For monitoring, userspace will try to configure the VIF sdata, while the
driver may see the monitor_sdata that is created when only monitor
interfaces are up. This causes the odd situation that it may not be
possible to store the MU-MIMO configuration on monitor_sdata.
Fix this by storing that information on the VIF sdata and updating the
monitor_sdata when available and the interface is up. Also, adjust the
code that adds monitor_sdata so that it will configure MU-MIMO based on
the newly added interface or one of the existing ones.
This should give a mostly consistent behaviour when configuring MU-MIMO
on sniffer interfaces. Should the user configure MU-MIMO on multiple
sniffer interfaces, then mac80211 will simply select one of the
configurations. This behaviour should be good enough and avoids breaking
user expectations in the common scenarios.

Each link can currently use a chanctx and have another one
reserved, and both of these are also tracked backwards in
the assigned_links and reserved_links lists. If we consider
that there aren't *that* many links, this duplicate book-
keeping isn't necessary.
(I think it used to be necessary before the wiphy locking
changes, when chanctx_mtx existed, because we couldn't do
any interface iterations while holding only chanctx_mtx.)
Additionally, for NAN, we're going to want to track which
chanctxs are in use by the (group of) NAN interfaces. For
those, links don't really make sense as such, so chanctxs
need to be assigned to a different data structure.
Thus, as a first step, remove those back-lists of users
(right now only links) of each channel context. This is a
very basic conversion, ieee80211_vif_use_reserved_switch()
should made to iterate smarter.

In several instances where cfg80211_get_radio_idx_by_chan() is called,
redundant checks are performed across function — such as verifying if
wiphy->n_radio < 2 or if the returned index is negative. These checks are
unnecessary, as the return value can be directly compared. Moreover, the
function can be safely called even when radio-level properties are not
explicitly advertised since in such case in each call it is going to get
same error value.
Therefore, simplify the usage of this function across all such cases by
removing redundant conditions and relying on the return value directly.

Introduce the sb_count variable which tracks the number of
beacon intervals until the next long beacon. To initialise this
value, we find the current short beacon index into this period
which represents the number of short beacons left to send before

the DTIM count to ensure the short beacon count and DTIM count
are in sync as its common for the long beacon period and DTIM period

In reconfig we add the virtual monitor in 2 cases:
1. If we are resuming (it was deleted on suspend)
2. If it was added after an error but before the reconfig
(due to the last non-monitor interface removal).
In the second case, the removal of the non-monitor interface will succeed
but the addition of the virtual monitor will fail, so we add it in the
reconfig.
The problem is that we mislead the driver to think that this is an existing
interface that is getting re-added - while it is actually a completely new
interface from the drivers' point of view.
Some drivers act differently when a interface is re-added. For example, it
might not initialize things because they were already initialized.
Such drivers will - in this case - be left with a partialy initialized vif.
To fix it, add the virtual monitor after reconfig_complete, so the
driver will know that this is a completely new interface.

Implement dot11ExtendedRegInfoSupport to advertise non-AP station
regulatory power capability as part of regulatory connectivity
element in (Re)Association request frames so that AP can achieve
maximum client connectivity. Control field which was interpreted
using value of 3-bits B5 to B3, now uses value of 4-bits B6 to B3 to
interpret the type of AP. Hence update IEEE80211_HE_6GHZ_OPER_CTRL_REG_INFO
to parse 4-bits control field. If older AP still updates only 3-bits
value of control field, station can still interpret the value as per
section E.2.7 of IEEE 802.11 REVme D7.0 and support the appropriate
AP type.
Also update IEEE80211_6GHZ_CTRL_REG_INDOOR_SP_AP as the value of
standard power AP is changed to 8 instead of 4 so that AP can support both
LPI AP and SP AP to maximize the connectivity with stations. For backward

Currently, per-radio attributes are set on per-phy basis, i.e., all the
radios present in a wiphy will take attributes values sent from user. But
each radio in a wiphy can get different values from userspace based on
its requirement.
To extend support to set per-radio attributes, add support to get radio
index from userspace. Add an NL attribute - NL80211_ATTR_WIPHY_RADIO_INDEX,
to get user specified radio index for which attributes should be changed.
Pass this to individual drivers, so that the drivers can use this radio
index to change per-radio attributes when necessary. Currently, per-radio
attributes identified are:
NL80211_ATTR_WIPHY_TX_POWER_LEVEL
NL80211_ATTR_WIPHY_ANTENNA_TX
NL80211_ATTR_WIPHY_ANTENNA_RX
NL80211_ATTR_WIPHY_RETRY_SHORT
NL80211_ATTR_WIPHY_RETRY_LONG
NL80211_ATTR_WIPHY_FRAG_THRESHOLD
NL80211_ATTR_WIPHY_RTS_THRESHOLD
NL80211_ATTR_WIPHY_COVERAGE_CLASS
NL80211_ATTR_TXQ_LIMIT
NL80211_ATTR_TXQ_MEMORY_LIMIT
NL80211_ATTR_TXQ_QUANTUM
By default, the radio index is set to -1. This means the attribute should
be treated as a global configuration. If the user has not specified any
index, then the radio index passed to individual drivers would be -1. This
would indicate that the attribute applies to all radios in that wiphy.

corresponding link_id.
Therefore, add link_id as an additional argument in supporting API's
for filling sinfo structure correctly. Link_id is set to -1 for non-ML

Currently, in multi-radio wiphy cases, if a scan is ongoing on one radio,
-EBUSY is returned when DFS or a channel switch is initiated on another
radio. Because of this, an MLD AP with one radio (link) in an ongoing scan
cannot initiate DFS or a channel switch on another radio (link).
In multi-radio wiphy cases, multiple radios are grouped under a single
wiphy. Hence, if a scan is ongoing on one underlying radio and DFS or a
channel switch is requested on a different underlying radio of the same
wiphy, these operations can be allowed simultaneously.
Add logic to check the underlying radio used for the ongoing scan. If the
radio on which DFS or a channel switch is requested is not being used for
the scan, allow the operation; otherwise, return -EBUSY.

(already noted as a TODO). This is because 320 MHz is not included in
IEEE 802.11-ax. However, IEEE 802.11-be introduces 320 MHz support and if
the chandef indicates a 320 MHz bandwidth and is used directly as it is, it
will result in an incorrect HE Operation Information Element.
In order to support EHT 320 MHz, HE Operation Element should indicate
bandwidth as 160 MHz only. In EHT Operation IE, the correct bandwidth will
be present. Devices capable of EHT can parse EHT Information Element and
connect in 320 MHz and other HE capable devices can parse HE and can
connect in 160 MHz.
Add support to downgrade the bandwidth in ieee80211_ie_build_he_oper()
during 320 MHz operation and advertise it.

If we got an unprotected action frame with CSA and then we heard the
beacon with the CSA IE, we'll block the queues with the CSA reason
twice. Since this reason is refcounted, we won't wake up the queues
since we wake them up only once and the ref count will never reach 0.
This led to blocked queues that prevented any activity (even
disconnection wouldn't reset the queue state and the only way to recover
would be to reload the kernel module.
Fix this by not refcounting the CSA reason.
It becomes now pointless to maintain the csa_blocked_queues state.
Remove it.

This is useful for multi-radio devices that are capable of monitoring on
multiple channels simultanenously. When this flag is set, each monitor
interface is passed to the driver individually and can have a configured
channel.
The vif mac address for non-active monitor interfaces is cleared, in order
to allow the driver to tell them apart from active ones.
