Pull arm64 updates from Catalin Marinas:
"The biggest changes are MPAM enablement in drivers/resctrl and new PMU
support under drivers/perf.
On the core side, FEAT_LSUI lets futex atomic operations with EL0
permissions, avoiding PAN toggling.
The rest is mostly TLB invalidation refactoring, further generic entry
work, sysreg updates and a few fixes.
Core features:
- Add support for FEAT_LSUI, allowing futex atomic operations without
toggling Privileged Access Never (PAN)
- Further refactor the arm64 exception handling code towards the
generic entry infrastructure
- Optimise __READ_ONCE() with CONFIG_LTO=y and allow alias analysis
through it
Memory management:
- Refactor the arm64 TLB invalidation API and implementation for
better control over barrier placement and level-hinted invalidation
- Enable batched TLB flushes during memory hot-unplug
- Fix rodata=full block mapping support for realm guests (when
BBML2_NOABORT is available)
Perf and PMU:
- Add support for a whole bunch of system PMUs featured in NVIDIA's
Tegra410 SoC (cspmu extensions for the fabric and PCIe, new drivers
for CPU/C2C memory latency PMUs)
- Clean up iomem resource handling in the Arm CMN driver
- Fix signedness handling of AA64DFR0.{PMUVer,PerfMon}
MPAM (Memory Partitioning And Monitoring):
- Add architecture context-switch and hiding of the feature from KVM
- Add interface to allow MPAM to be exposed to user-space using
resctrl
- Add errata workaround for some existing platforms
- Add documentation for using MPAM and what shape of platforms can
use resctrl
Miscellaneous:
- Check DAIF (and PMR, where relevant) at task-switch time
- Skip TFSR_EL1 checks and barriers in synchronous MTE tag check mode
(only relevant to asynchronous or asymmetric tag check modes)
- Remove a duplicate allocation in the kexec code
- Remove redundant save/restore of SCS SP on entry to/from EL0
- Generate the KERNEL_HWCAP_ definitions from the arm64 hwcap
descriptions
- Add kselftest coverage for cmpbr_sigill()
- Update sysreg definitions"

driver_find_device() calls get_device() to increment the reference
count once a matching device is found. device_release_driver()
releases the driver, but it does not decrease the reference count that
was incremented by driver_find_device(). At the end of the loop, there
is no put_device() to balance the reference count. To avoid reference
count leakage, add put_device() to decrease the reference count.

The notion of a single u32 filter value for any event doesn't scale well
when the potential architectural scope is already two 64-bit values, and
implementations may add custom stuff on the side too. Rather than try to
thread arbitrary filter data through the common path, let's just make
the set_ev_filter op self-contained in terms of parsing and configuring
any and all filtering for the given event - splitting out a distinct op
for cycles events which inherently differ - and let implementations
override the whole thing if they want to do something different. This
already allows the Ampere code to stop looking a bit hacky.

Some NVIDIA PMUs like the NVLINK-C2C, CNVLINK, and PCIE PMU provide
port filtering. If the port filter is set to zero, the counter of
these PMUs will not capture any event. To avoid meaningless

After commit 0edb555a65 ("platform: Make platform_driver::remove()
return void") .remove() is (again) the right callback to implement for
platform drivers.
Convert all platform drivers below drivers/perf to use .remove(), with
the eventual goal to drop struct platform_driver::remove_new(). As
.remove() and .remove_new() have the same prototypes, conversion is done
by just changing the structure member name in the driver initializer.

The .remove() callback for a platform driver returns an int which makes
many driver authors wrongly assume it's possible to do error handling by
returning an error code. However the value returned is ignored (apart
from emitting a warning) and this typically results in resource leaks.
To improve here there is a quest to make the remove callback return
void. In the first step of this quest all drivers are converted to
.remove_new(), which already returns void. Eventually after all drivers
are converted, .remove_new() will be renamed to .remove().
Trivially convert this driver from always returning zero in the remove
callback to the void returning variant.

Arm Coresight PMU driver consists of main standard code and
vendor backend code. Both are currently built as a single module.
This patch adds vendor registration API to separate the two to
keep things modular. The main driver requests each known backend
module during initialization and defer device binding process.
The backend module then registers an init callback to the main
driver and continue the device driver binding process.

The functional paths of the driver need not care about ACPI, so abstract
the property of atomic doubleword access as its own flag (repacking the
structure for a better fit). We also do not need to go poking directly
at the APMT for standard resources which the ACPI layer has already
dealt with, so deal with the optional MMIO page and interrupt in the
normal firmware-agnostic manner. The few remaining portions of probing
that *are* APMT-specific can still easily retrieve the APMT pointer as
needed without us having to carry a duplicate copy around everywhere.
