The lustre virtual block device cannot handle 64K pages and fails at compile
time. To avoid running into this error, let's disable the Kconfig option
for this driver in cases it doesn't support.

Add support for switching the input range and the single-ended/
differential input mode for the AI subdevice. We needed to clear the
FIFO of data before the conversion to handle card mode switching
glitches.

Pull ACPI and power management fixes from Rafael Wysocki:
"These are fixes mostly (ia64 regression related to the ACPI
enumeration of devices, cpufreq regressions, fix for I2C controllers
included in Intel SoCs, mvebu cpuidle driver fix related to sysfs)
plus additional kernel command line arguments from Kees to make it

I've noticed that the last commit to ion_system_heap.c ('staging: ion:
optimize struct ion_system_heap') has an omission, so an invalid kfree()
gets called on ion_system_heap_destroy(). As ION system heap is never
destroyed until system shutdown, it may not cause any harm, but should
be fixed. I should have caught this before the merge, my bad.

If connector->dpms is left untouched, it defaults
to DRM_MODE_DPMS_ON (0).
As a result, drm_helper_connector_dpms will exit when
it will be asked to set the state to DRM_MODE_DPMS_ON,
because it is already set.
That issue prevented displays from turning on at boot.

This config exists entirely to hide the cpufreq menu from the
kernel configuration unless a platform has selected it. Nothing
is actually built if this config is 'Y' and it just leads to more
patches that add a select under a platform Kconfig so that some
other CPUfreq option can be chosen. Let's remove the option so
that we can always enable CPUfreq drivers on unicore32 platforms.
