dt-bindings: mmc: rockchip-dw-mshc: Add RV1103B compatible

The RV1103B uses the DesignWare MSHC controller compatible with the
existing Rockchip RK3288 variant. Add the rockchip,rv1103b-dw-mshc
compatible string.
