It's "visible if EXPERT" and we don't recommend people to enable EXPERT. So people cannot see it unless a sub-entry of it is visible, and the visibility of the sub-entries depends on other configurations. Thus people may not see it. As "visible if EXPERT" and "default y" already ensure the option selected unless the user set EXPERT, we can just remove it from the book and rely on the default.
