Changed "amount" to "number". In English, an amount refers to a continuous quantity, while a number refers to discrete objects (like networking packetts). Added a qualifier in the description of "ip": the list of commands is not exhaustive. Modified a few program descriptons to improve consistency of style. Changed QOS and COS to QoS and CoS after researching these abbreviations on the internet.
