Vladimir has reported that the link target of this <ulink> is wrong.
Note that the link target and the displayed text should be the same,
thus use <ulink ... /> instead of <ulink ...> ... </ulink> to simplify
it.

Enable isl in all modes. Isl makes sence on i686, too but on 32bit systems, the ML options like (ml_all, ml_m32,...) are never set so isl was never built on i686
