mattgodbolt-molty 62b2ce1bd0 Address PR #8688 review nits

- go.amazon.properties: tag amd64gl explicitly with `instructionSet=amd64`
  for symmetry with the 12 newly-tagged Go cross-compiler groups.
  Previously relied on the path-based heuristic falling through to the
  default (see follow-up #8690 for getting rid of the heuristic entirely).
- instructionsets-tests.ts: cover the hppa target-string branch.
- mcp/tools/compilers.ts: drop dead-defensive `?? ''` on `c.group`
  (CompilerInfo.group is typed string, not optional).
