Matt Godbolt 08c92a7c57 MCP: extend compile truncation hint to cover execResult outputs ...

The "Some output was capped" hint was only added when the top-level
asm/stdout/stderr were truncated, missing the case where the program
ran cleanly at compile time but its execution produced enough stdout
or stderr to hit the cap. Track execResult truncation alongside the
others so the hint fires whenever any output (compile or execute) was
trimmed. Adds a focused test for the execute-only case.
