- Validate parseInt results for exitcode (NaN guard)
- Use this.compiler.lang instead of hardcoded 'c++' for languageId
- Document --fake-* option overrides in JSDoc
- Restore 'stderr with source location' test that was lost in port
- Add note about omitted filter tests (bypass BaseCompiler pipeline)

Lost vs main: 2 output filter tests (directive/comment toggle) cannot
work with fake compiler as it bypasses server-side filtering. 1 PP test
(#include expansion) is covered by the canned PP alternative.
Gained: opt remarks content test (was a TODO).
