Matt Godbolt b1f8240bd3 Update npm dependencies and fix tom-select type import ...

Inline the escape_html type instead of importing from tom-select's
internal dist/types/ path, which was removed in v2.5.1. The type is
just (str: string) => string, so there's no need to depend on the
package's internal file layout.

Also fix missing iframe title attributes in test/embedding.html.
