Matt Godbolt f1af1e6734 Fix any types for alwaysResetLdPath and compilerWrapper ...

- `alwaysResetLdPath: any` → `PropertyValue`
- `compilerWrapper: any` → `PropertyValue`

Both are assigned from property getters with no default value, which
return `PropertyValue` (string | boolean | number | undefined).
