Replace `Record<any, any>` with `CompilationInfo` for the `compilationInfo`
parameter in:
- compiler-dropin-tool.ts (already had the import, just not used)
- sonar-tool.ts (already had the import, just not used)
- microsoft-analysis-tool.ts (added import)

Update tests to cast mock objects at declaration.
